1 to 1 Personal Training

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, increase your upper / lower body strength, training for an event or just wanting to improve your general fitness, it always helps to have someone who can train you, coach you and push you to your limit.  I don’t believe in using a one-size-fits-all approach as everyone is unique so first of all we will sit down together and I’ll put together a training plan that is tailored to your specific goal. I also prepare a session re-cap card after each session which will provide a quick summary on the previous session as well as notes on what you need to do in order to achieve your goal going forward.
