As a mum myself, I know it can be hard to manage all our motherly responsibilities and sometimes you don’t even have the headspace to think about working out. My Mum and Baby class is a space where you can bring your baby and we can workout and have fun together.

Boxing is a great way to burn calories at a high rate in an intensive workout.
