MEET FUNMI

about me
Hey, thanks for visiting my website. A little about me: I’m a Mum, Wife and Personal Trainer. I’d like to think that I’m like so many of you; a parent and, or just really busy. That means you probably feel guilty about one of many things: Did I work hard enough? Did I pay my kids enough attention? Did I talk to my partner enough? When will I be able to do some exercise? Can I eat another piece of chocolate before bed? I became qualified after having my daughter and it became clear to me how much harder it is for mums to stay in shape. I’m hoping to share with you guys some tips on what I’ve learnt over the years and what I am still learning every day!
